Product Introduction
GCS is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories, mining enterprises, hotels, and high-rise buildings. It consists of power distribution and motor control centers, capacitor compensated motor control centers, and capacitor compensated energy conversion, distribution, and control.
It can meet the special needs of computer interface in power applications such as low voltage power control centers and motor control centers in large single unit capacity power plants, large-scale petrochemical industries, and other industries.
The device is designed according to the requirements of the superior authorities of the Ministry of Electricity, the vast number of power users, and the design department, in order to meet the needs of continuously developing the power market for capacity expansion, computer interface, centralized power control, convenient installation and maintenance, and shortened accident handling time. A new low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. The product has high breaking and connecting capabilities, good dynamic stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage withdrawable switchgear.
Structural Characteristics And Functions
The main structure of the device adopts 8MF steel, and the structure adopts two structural forms: partial welding and partial welding. There are mounting module holes E=20mm on the main structure;
The various functional rooms of the device are strictly separated, and their compartments are mainly divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, cable rooms, and each unit has independent functional functions;
The device does not adopt the traditional design of placing the horizontal main busbar on the top of the cabinet, resulting in outlet channels above and below the cable room.
