KYN61-40.5 armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, protect, and detect circuits.
This switchgear can be equipped with SF6 circuit breakers, handcart vacuum circuit breakers, and advanced and reliable control and protection units for the secondary circuit. The product adopts advanced epoxy casting and reliable solid full insulated bus technology for full insulation design, with good electric field distribution. It is a miniaturized power distribution equipment with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safety and reliability

- Adopting an integrated three-dimensional structural design, the product has a beautiful appearance.
- It is made of imported aluminum coated zinc plate and modular armor technology, assembled through multiple bends, and has the characteristics of high precision, high corrosion resistance, and strong variability.
- The composite insulation structure using AGP technology and the insulation busbar using epoxy vulcanization technology adopt a new type of contact box with interphase insulation partition and current transformer. The live parts are fully insulated and sealed, and D-type or O-type busbar is used to further improve the electric field distribution, making the cabinet structure compact and with high insulation strength.

- Adopting a unique rotary folding metal valve design, the upper and lower valves are coupled and driven flexibly and labor-saving. When the valve is opened, it has sufficient air distance to improve electrical insulation performance.

Structure
The switchgear consists of two main parts: a fixed cabinet body and movable components. According to the functions of the electrical equipment inside the cabinet, the cabinet is divided into four different functional units, namely the busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room, and instrument room. The shell of the cabinet and the partitions between each functional unit are made of aluminum zinc coated steel plates bent and riveted.
The removable parts of the switchgear are equipped with SF6 circuit breaker, handcart circuit breaker and Voltage transformer handcart.
Install a live display device inside the cabinet to detect the operation of the primary circuit (selected by the user). The device consists of two parts: a high-pressure sensor and a display. The sensor is installed on the feeder side, and the display is installed on the low-voltage compartment panel of the switchgear.
The protection level of the switchgear shell is IP4X, and the protection level when the circuit breaker room door is opened is IP2X.
