Product Introduction
MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power generation and supply systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 380V and below, such as power generation, transmission and distribution, petrochemical departments, factories and mining enterprises, building power supply and other industries. It is used for energy distribution, control, and reactive power compensation, especially for large power plants, petrochemical and other places with intensive automation, requiring dialogue interfaces and communication with computers, and can fully meet their needs.
Product Features
1. Compact design: It can accommodate a large number of functional units in a smaller space, saving cabinet volume. MCC cabinets can install up to 36 8E/4 drawers or 9 8E drawers. The drawer units have the characteristics of small size, strong functionality, accurate guidance, and strong interchangeability, suitable for installing three or four pole air switches, and have reliable mechanical interlocking. The effective installation height of functional units is 1800mm, In the same cabinet, it can be freely combined into two forms: fixed type and drawer type.
2. Strong structural versatility: Flexible assembly, with a 25mm C-shaped material that can meet the requirements of various structural forms, protection levels, and usage environments.
3. Standard module design is adopted: Standard cell such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement and indication can be formed respectively, and users can choose to assemble them according to their needs. More than 200 types of assembly components can form different cabinet frame structures and drawer units.
4. Safety: A large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used, effectively enhancing the protective safety performance. The vertical busbar channel adopts a split type functional board, and the right angle L-shaped branch busbar is embedded in it. MCC cabinets can be arranged back to back.
5. Easy assembly: No special and complex tools are required.
