YBM prefabricated transformer substation, also known as European box type transformer substation, is a compact complete power distribution device that integrates high-voltage electrical appliances, power transformers and low- voltage electrical equipment. Product Mix
The basic structure of the prefabricated substation is to arrange the three main parts of high-voltage electrical equipment, power transformer and low-voltage electrical equipment into one room in the shape of "eye" or "pin". Compared to the character type of "Mu" and "Pin"; The "eye" shaped wiring is more convenient, so most of the "eye" shaped layout and the "product" shaped layout have a compact structure, especially when the installation site is limited in area, choosing the "product" shaped structure is more advantageous.
The prefabricated substation box is a fully sealed structure, and the box material can be composed of high-quality steel plates and aluminum alloy plates, composite color steel plates, stainless steel plates, glass fiber reinforced cement plates, etc. Currently, in order to coordinate with the surrounding environment, most boxes choose non-metallic shells made of glass fiber reinforced cement plates.
Pre installed high-voltage switchgear for substations can be selected based on user needs, including gas generation, compressed air, vacuum load switches, SF6 load switches, and vacuum circuit breakers. The high-voltage switchgear has the "five prevention" function, which can meet the requirements of terminal, ring network, and dual power supply modes. Pre installed substation power transformers can choose from non gold alloy transformers, oil immersed fully sealed transformers, and dry type transformers. Can be equipped with gas protection and temperature control protection.
ABB, Schneider, Cooper and domestic high-quality switches can be selected as low-voltage switches for prefabricated substations. The capacitor compensation mode can realize the functions of co compensation, sub compensation, full sub compensation, zero crossing switching and so on.
The high and low voltage incoming and outgoing lines of prefabricated substations are generally cables, and overhead incoming lines can also be selected for special needs of high voltage. There are lower entry holes in the substation that facilitate the installation of cables. Each independent installation room is equipped with lighting that automatically turns off when the door is opened or closed.
